We know how exciting it is to wait for new clothes in the mail. At Styleyup, our goal is to get your new wardrobe essentials from our racks to your closet as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and delivery times.

Where We Ship From

Every single order is picked, packed, and shipped directly from our dedicated fulfillment center located at 1753 Mcclelland Ave Apt 8, East Point, GA 30344-1660, United States.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Once you place an order, our team immediately gets to work. We process and pack all orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major public holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 2:00 PM (EST). If you place an order after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, it will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Since our clothing items (like our breezy linens and soft tees) are relatively lightweight, we are able to keep our shipping costs highly affordable. We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.95. Once shipped, your package will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We love treating our customers! We offer completely Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (calculated before taxes and after any discount codes are applied).

  • Express Shipping: Need that linen dress quickly for an upcoming weekend trip? We offer an expedited shipping option for a flat rate of $14.95. Express transit time is typically 1 to 2 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

(Note: The transit times listed above are estimates provided by our carrier partners and begin from the day your package leaves our Georgia warehouse, not from the moment you place the order).

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in that email to follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with the initial scan. If your link does not work right away, do not panic it just means the postal worker has not scanned it into their system yet!

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you realize you made a typo or entered the wrong apartment number, please email us immediately at support@styleyup.store. We will do our absolute best to update the address, but we can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check your porch, with your neighbors, or contact your local post office. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day early by mistake. If it has been 48 hours since the delivery notification and your package is still missing, please reach out to us and we will help you investigate the issue.
