Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love every piece of aesthetic drinkware you purchase from Styleyup. If your new ceramic mug isn’t quite right, we’ve made the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Please Note: We only accept returns for items purchased directly through our online store. Our corporate address is 167 Lebanon Ave, Colchester, CT 06415, United States.
1. Our Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order was delivered, based on the carrier’s tracking scan. Requests initiated after this 30-day window are unfortunately not eligible.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in two key scenarios:
- Damaged or Defective Mugs: If your glass cup or porcelain mug arrives damaged, cracked, or defective, it is fully eligible for a free return or replacement. Please inspect your drinkware immediately upon arrival.
- Change of Mind: We accept returns on items that are brand-new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing wear, missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery may be refused.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start your return process, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to support@styleyup.store within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your Order ID and a brief reason for the return, and attach clear photos showing the item’s condition (especially if the item is damaged).
- Review: We will review your request within 2–3 business days and send you a prepaid return shipping label if approved.
4. Return Costs and Fees
- Returns for Refund: We provide a prepaid return label via email. A flat $8 restocking fee applies per return to cover handling and processing, and this amount will be deducted from your final refund.
- Exchanges for New Drinkware: We are happy to facilitate an exchange. A flat $8 shipping fee applies to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to you. The replacement is shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Returns or exchanges for damaged items are FREE. No restocking fee or exchange shipping fee applies.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received at our U.S. facility and verified to meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
