We know you’re excited to receive your new ceramic mugs and glass cups! We strive to package and ship your order quickly and safely from our operations in the United States at 167 Lebanon Ave, Colchester, CT 06415.
1. Where We Ship
Currently, Styleyup ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please Note: To ensure the secure delivery of your delicate porcelain mugs, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Kindly provide a physical street address at checkout.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We work hard to get your stylish mugs and cups from our shelf to your home décor setup as fast as possible.
- Handling & Preparation: Your order is prepared and packaged within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days.
- Total Delivery Estimate: You can expect your order within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Costs
To keep things simple, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 (USD) applies to every order. You will see this final charge calculated before you confirm payment at checkout. We use trusted carriers like USPS and UPS, selecting the best option for your location to ensure reliable service.
4. Tracking and Support
Order Tracking
You will receive two emails from us: an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once your drinkware leaves our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully pack every order, but accidents happen!
- If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will happily reship a replacement order at no cost to you.
- If your ceramic mug arrives broken, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us immediately with photos.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and the package is returned to our facility, we can reship the order to the corrected address for a flat $8 reship fee.
